Delamere Estate Wines Pre-Release V Museum Wine Dinner at Stillwater Restaurant

We’re thrilled to invite you to a very special evening at Stillwater Restaurant to celebrate the 2024 release of our Delamere Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Partnering with the incredible team at one of Launceston’s most iconic dining destinations, we’ll be hosting an intimate three-course dinner that reflects our journey over the past 18 years as custodians of the Delamere vineyard.
The evening will open with two of our signature vintage sparkling wines, followed by a guided tasting through a curated bracket of chardonnay and then pinot noir — featuring rare bottles from our museum collection and culminating in the release of our 2024 wines.
This is a unique opportunity to explore how our wines age and evolve, and to share the stories, memories, and friendships that have shaped Delamere over time.
Please note: Due to the carefully paired nature of the menu, we’re only able to accommodate minimal dietary requirements.
